Missionaries of the Precious Blood have established missions in Chile, Peru and Guatemala. As of April, 2005, they are also working in Colombia in an experimental mission with priests and lay people there.

In Chile, where Missionaries of the Precious Blood have ministered for more than 50 years, they administer a school and staff a working-class parish in Santiago.

In Peru, missionaries work in the urban sprawl of Lima and in the
mining town of La Oroya, far above the tree line in the Andes.

In Guatemala, missionaries are pastors of parishes both in
Guatemala City and in the countryside. Parishes in Guatemala
and other Latin American countries are very large, often with
thousands of families each. Pastors who minister there make
their way from chapel to chapel, in the city or on remote country roads. Our missionaries in Guatemala have also established a seminary and a clinic in Guatemala City.

In 2005 the Congregation launched an ad experimentum
mission in Bogata, Colombia. There, Missionaries of the Precious Blood are working with diocesan priests and lay people who have expressed a special devotion to the Blood of Jesus. This may be the next location where the followers of St. Gaspar minister, inviting reconciliation and healing.
