C.PP.S. Blood Drive March 25

The Missionaries would like to collect 1,000 units of blood as part of their bicentennial celebration. The next blood drive will be March 25 at the Community Blood Center in Dayton.

In honor of the 200th anniversary of their founding the Missionaries of the Precious Blood are sponsoring a blood drive on January 6 at the Community Blood Center in Dayton from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The Missionaries believe that all life is precious. They are encouraging parishioners in parishes where they serve, friends of the Community and others to take part in this blood drive. Their goal is to collect 1,000 pints of blood in their bicentennial year.

Blood donors must be at least 17 years old, or 16 years old with parental/guardian consent. There is no upper age limit for blood donation as long as the donor is well. The blood donation process takes a little over an hour.
