We are counting down to the first Religious Brothers Day in the U.S., on May 1, the Feast of St. Joseph the Worker, by sharing stories about our wonderful C.PP.S. brothers. Today’s Subject, Brother Jerome Schulte, C.PP.S.

Brother Jerome Schulte, C.PP.S., is in ministry at St. John the Baptist Parish in Glandorf, Ohio, not far from Schulte family farm where he grew up.

Brother Jerry has worked on the Missionaries’ farmland and at Brunnerdale, its former high school seminary. He has been a Missionary to Peru and a hospital chaplain. He has worked with the Missionaries’ priest and brother candidates, setting an example of service for them. In parish ministry, he’s a familiar face around St. John the Baptist and surrounding parishes. God bless you for your many years of service, Brother Jerry!
