The Missionaries of the Precious Blood are pleased to announce the 25th anniversary of the ordination of Fr. Jaime Miranda, C.PP.S.
Fr. Miranda, 63, a native of Guatemala City, Guatemala, was ordained in 1992. He is in ministry with the Missionaries’ mission in Central America.
Fr. Miranda’s anniversary, along with the milestone anniversaries of 11 other Missionaries of the Precious Blood of the Cincinnati Province, signifying hundreds of years of ministerial service to God’s people, will be celebrated in a special liturgy on June 30 at St. Charles Center.
“We look to these priests and brothers who are celebrating their anniversaries this year as examples of those who have faithfully listened to God's call,” said Fr. Larry Hemmelgarn, C.PP.S., provincial director. “They have said ‘yes’ to that call, and that in turn has led them to minister to the people of God in many ways, in many places. Their lives of service inspire us all.”
