Vocation Prayer

O God,

You created me for a purpose, a specific task for the Church and humanity.
You have always known the work I was cut out for, a work which only I can do and no other.
If I do not accept this work, it will never be done. Therefore, I have a job to do.
Make clear to me your will, and I will follow you in whatever task this may be.
I know I can do all things in you, my strength.

Amen.

O Dios,

Tú me has creado por un propósito, una tarea específica para el bien de la iglesia y la humanidad.
Tú siempre has sabido cual es el trabajo a que me has destinado, aquel trabajo que solo yo y ningún otro pueda realizar.
Si yo no acepto este trabajo, jamás se va a realizar. Por eso yo tengo un trabajo a realizar.
Hazme ver tu voluntad y yo te seguiré realizando cualquiera tarea que me quieras confiar.
Yo sé que puedo realizar todas las cosas en ti, mi fuerza.
