Deacon Victor Manuel Navichoc Menchú, C.PP.S., will be ordained a priest in Guatemala on October 20.
Victor sent this message to the Precious Blood family: “Being very grateful for the wonderful gift of life that God gives us, I share with you with great joy the date of my priestly ordination, which will be on October 20, 2017, in my native town at 10 a.m. Guatemala time. I entrust myself to your prayers, and trusting in God that you will pray for me, I send you a fraternal greeting. Blessings that the strength received in the Blood of Christ be always the one that propels us to build the Kingdom of God.”
The original message in Spanish: “Estando muy agradecido por el don tan maravilloso de la vida que Dios nos regala comparto con ustedes y con alegría la fecha de mi ordenación presbiteral, que será el 20 de octubre de 2017, en mi pueblo natal, a las 10:00 am hora de Guatemala. Me encomiendo a sus oraciones y confiando en Dios que rezarán por mí, les envío un fraternal saludo. Bendiciones en sus quehaceres ministeriales y que la fuerza recibida en la Sangre de Cristo sea siempre la que nos empuje a construir el Reino de Dios”.
