What drew you to the Missionaries of the Precious Blood?
When I was 13, I went to Brunnerdale minor seminary because I thought it would be a great adventure, and there were other friends from my town there.
What is the most challenging aspect of your assignment?
Keeping the ‘big picture’ in focus.

What did you do before joining the Missionaries?
Before 13? Yeah, let’s say I did whatever my parents told me to do.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I am an avid reader of novels- thrillers and mysteries. And I am a vacation golfer.
Aside from St. Gaspar, who are some of your favorite Saints?
I don’t have any big devotions to saints, but I greatly admire St. Paul and reflect on the theology found in his writings. He was a courageous missionary and was able to see God’s presence and work in the world, unconstrained by traditional thinking.
What is your favorite prayer?
My personal prayer is usual wordless-centering prayer and contemplation.

12 cents, if the other contestants go bankrupt.
Would you rather go skydiving or snorkeling?
I have done both, but only went skydiving once; that probably tells you something.
What I really want to do is hang glide or paraglide.
