Sr. Donna Liette, C.PP.S., joined by our Fr. Dave Kelly, C.PP.S., from the Precious Blood Ministry of Reconciliation appeared on the first broadcast of Megyn Kelly Live on NBC on September 26.

During the broadcast, Sr. Donna was surprised by a $12,000 donation from Coldwell Banker to buy another house in the PBMR’s neighborhood, plus a $10,000 gift from Ace Hardware to help renovate it.

Sr. Donna told Megyn Kelly that her ministry at the PBMR, on the south side of Chicago, is often hard, but “we can’t lose hope. A lot of people are working together. This isn’t real comfortable. But it’s sure worth it. I feel privileged to be here” at the PBMR.

We are privileged to know Sr. Donna and to have her and Sr. Carolyn Hoying, C.PP.S., as part of the ministry team at PBMR. Also serving at PBMR are Fr. Denny Kinderman, C.PP.S., and Br. Juan Acuña, C.PP.S., as well as a host of volunteers. The Missionaries are grateful to all who share their time, talents and resources with the PBMR.
